In exchange for a donations:

$25, I’ll send you a handwritten postcard from Ethiopia. 

$50 I’ll send you a handmade hand dipped Ethiopian wax candle and a handwritten thank you note.

$100 I’ll send you a candle, a note and a jar of the best Ethiopian Honey I come across. 

$250 Any thing more than that will be going towards beehive construction and the purchase of colonies,  necessary equipment, beehive and materials needed in order to be a beekeeper.

$1000 A community wellness garden demonstrating practical use of medical plants and fruits will be planted in your name, plus we´ll send you a case of the finest honey to be found.

Kembata-Tembaro Beekeeping Co-operative Space:

$5,000 This money will go towards the construction of a Beekeepers training and resource center located in a central Kembata Tembaro Location.

$10,000-$13,000– Including doors, Windows and flooring, A 10 by 10 meter waddle and cob closed roofed structure will be constructed.

$16,000-$20,000 A similarly sized and prepared cinder block structure can be constructed

($2,500-$3,500 dollars more we can provide furntiure, and another $500-$2000 (dependent on materials and design) we can build a fence.))

Beekeeping leads families to a sustainable future,

economically through the sales of honey and bee products,

environmentally through the increase in pollination,

and physically through the readily available nutrition found in beehive products.
